There are thousands of productivity tools that help you to track your thoughts, customers, tasks, etc. Although it is literally impossible to have one tool that meets all your requirements, Notion comes as close as we’ve seen and still maintain the FREE status. There are upgrade plans, but the free version contains a multitude of features that are handy for a small business.

The basic plan, which is FREE, gives you the ability to add multiple social media accounts – including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram, Instagram, and others. Other nice features include a social calendar that displays all the posts you have scheduled, an image creator with some free templates, social stream monitor, an amazing message research tool that helps you to find topics and inspiration for your posts.

Best of all, there are several guides to help you with the included tools as well as how to use social media to grow your online following and increase sales.
